Refund Policy 

 

 

  • Customers can apply for refunds via their designated executive or by sending an e-mail to support@gtdinindia.com 

 

  • A Full refund will be provided to customers in case we fail to provide service

 

  • A full refund is applicable in case the customer is not satisfied with the service and partial refund for ones who want to withdraw from the service for valid reasons only

  • We won't be able to refund money spent on third party

  • If you feel that you are unprofessionally charged for a service or would want a refund for a different reason, please write  to us at support@gtdinindia.com  

 

  • We need a period of 12-14 working days to process the refund.  

 

 

 

Cancellation Policy  

 

 

  • Cancellation is applicable, if customer cancels before our team starts to work on the project for these sectors - Manufacturing, Second Medical Opinion & Real estate Services  

 

  • There will be no cancellation in case the customer wants to withdraw from the service after 48hrs from the payment wired to us for Manufacturing, Second Medical Opinion & Real Estate Services

 

  • In case of virtual assistance service, customers can cancel service by sending us an email before 24 hours and they will be charged only for hours the executive worked for
