A Full refund will be provided to customers in case we fail to provide service

A full refund is applicable in case the customer is not satisfied with the service and partial refund for ones who want to withdraw from the service for valid reasons only

We won't be able to refund money spent on third party

If you feel that you are unprofessionally charged for a service or would want a refund for a different reason, please write to us at support@gtdinindia.com

We need a period of 12-14 working days to process the refund.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is applicable, if customer cancels before our team starts to work on the project for these sectors - Manufacturing, Second Medical Opinion & Real estate Services

There will be no cancellation in case the customer wants to withdraw from the service after 48hrs from the payment wired to us for Manufacturing, Second Medical Opinion & Real Estate Services

In case of virtual assistance service, customers can cancel service by sending us an email before 24 hours and they will be charged only for hours the executive worked for
